The job of the realtor is to match buyers with sellers, and so it is very important that you give as much information to the realtor as possible.
When you make your enquiry, if possible say exactly what it is that you want. For example: Do you want a house, an apartment or a piece of land? Do you want a stand-alone property, or a multi-family property for renting? Do you want a quiet residential area, or something up market? Is it strictly for investment purposes or a family or retirement dwelling?

Properties with sea views and near the beach always cost more whether you are renting or purchasing, so please bear this in mind if this is one of your criteria.
