It can be a very big decision to sell a property and you should think carefully whether this is really what you want to do.
If the property belongs to more than one person, please make sure that you have the consent of all parties BEFORE you contact us to instruct us the visit and sell the property. Ensure that you have all relevant documents to hand which will include:
- Deed of Sale
- Survey plan
- Map sheet
- Land registry certificate.
We will need photocopies of all of these documents when we take an instruction to sell in order to verify that the owners indeed have title and are in a position to sell the property. Once we are satisfied that the owners are ready to instruct us, we will send you a letter which will clearly set out the terms and conditions of our service to you as our clients, and also your obligations to as your contractors.
Once these terms hand conditions have been agreed and signed off by all parties we will then list your property for sale. |
